I wanted to drop you a line to tell you how well everything went last night! Your staff were lovely and very professional, and everything went smoothly. I also got some compliments from our guests on the quailty of the food. (The only small hitch was that they ran out of sparkling before the end of the night, but I consider that pretty minor.) Overall we were very pleased to have hired your company.
