Delicious and easy to prepare hCG diet recipes to help get you started

If you are undertaking the hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) weight loss diet based upon Dr. Simeons’ research, there are strict food rules you must follow during the main stage of the diet. Allowed foods must be fat free, and contain low carbohydrate and high protein. The food list is very specific, as the diet requires you limit your calorie intake to only 500 per day. As always, remember to consult your doctor before you start any new diet. To make it easier for you, there are a number of hCG diet recipes available to help get you started.

The 5 day hCG diet menu is readily available online, and offers a variety of different recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Monday through to Friday. These sample recipes provide some great ideas to help you on your hCG diet journey. You can prepare them as per the directions, or you can modify them to suit your own tastes or requirements, as long as you keep to the allowed diet food list.

There are many delicious recipes you can make whilst on your diet. If you’re a fan of sea food, there’s a great shrimp dish for lunch on Monday you can prepare with garlic, lemon juice and vegetable broth for extra flavor, alongside a great dish of grilled asparagus spears. You can also try the whitefish cooked with asparagus for a delightful lemon and oregano whitefish and asparagus packet for Wednesday’s dinner recipe. The 5 day hCG diet menu is especially great for meat lovers, with a different recipe every day that includes red or white meat.

          ]]>

Monday offers an appetizing dinner of grilled chicken salad made from organic chicken breast that has been cut into cubes and then combined with spinach. You can enjoy more chicken breast for lunch the following day, cut into strips or shredded, and placed into a wrap with lettuce, onions and tomatoes. Then Wednesday lunch it’s time for some ground beef tacos, made with lettuce leaf tortillas and richly flavored with a variety of herbs and spices.

Thursday’s menu allows you to indulge in another chicken and spinach recipe with an oriental flavor that has added ginger, lemon and onion. Then, you’ll love the meatloaf recipe for dinner time which requires some ground beef and Melba toast. Friday finishes off with a veal picatta for lunch, and a no carb, no calorie pasta recipe for dinner.

For breakfast, there’s a range of hCG diet friendly teas and drinks you can enjoy, including coffee, oolong tea, green tea and Guayakí Yerba Mate – a healthy alternative to tea and coffee packed with antioxidants. The menu also includes a piece of delicious fruit, Melba toast and Grassini breadsticks for snacks and desserts.

All hCG diet recipes are easy to prepare and taste delicious, making it a lot easier for you to stick to your diet, which is essential for successful weight loss on this program. In addition to the 5 day sample diet, there’s the 197 page hCG diet cookbook that you get as an immediate download with your order. You can also purchase the hCG Diet Gourmet Cookbook that has over 200 great recipe ideas.

You can find the 5 day hCG diet recipes on the hCG Diet Journey web site at http://hcgdietjourney.com. You’ll also have access to detailed information about the diet, as well as help and support. It is a great resource for anyone wanting to lose weight via this method.
