FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

 

“How many staff will I need?”
That will depend on the size of your event. For example, if you invite 50 guests, then we recommend 2 staff. The cost for this will be $280 for 4 hours.
For 80-100 guests we will recommend 3 staff members ($420 for 4 hours)

“Can I serve the food instead?”
Of course you can! Just choose a menu and we will deliver it fully prepared to your door on the day of the event. Your ready-to-serve food takes just 10-15 minutes to heat in your oven, with no deep frying or further preparation required. Just heat and serve. We include all the sauces and dips as part of the one affordable price.

“How do I order?”
When you are ready to confirm your booking, simply give us a call or email us so we can lock in the date for your function. This needs to be done as soon as possible to secure your date and to make sure we are available on that day.

“Do I need to pay a deposit?”
Yes, we require a $100 deposit. The balance is due on the day of your function.

“How do I calculate the price?”
If you are heating and serving the food yourself, calculating the price is as simple as multiplying the per person cost by the number of guests you are catering for. For example if you select the $9 per head finger food menu and you have 50 guests, the cost will be $9 x 50 = $450.
If you require staff or equipment, these costs will be extra on top of the food. We can quickly provide you with a costing upon request.

“What payment methods to you accept?”
· Cheque: (send to: P.O. Box 2235, Moorabbin 3189)
· Bank deposit (NAB BSB 083004 ACCOUNT 823636800)
·Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard & Amex (2.5% surcharge)
· Cash on the day

“When do I need to finalise numbers?”
Three days before your function we will need to have your final number of guests to be catered for.

“What if I need to cancel my booking?”
Cancellations sometimes occur. If your cancellation is more than 7 days prior to your function, 100% of the deposit will be returned. If you do not give us at least 7 days notice, you will lose your deposit. Alternatively if you cancel and reschedule a new date at the same time, your deposit will be credited 100% to the new date.
