I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for help that Catering on the Move kindly offered for Very Special Fashion Parade (a disounted prize of all catering). Your delicious food impressed everyone who attended the event.

I have handed the invoice to my school accountant and it should be paid by now - if there are any problems, please do not hesitate to let me know. I also have a couple trays we have borrowed. They are ready to be picked up -Jason was to come last Thursday but he didn’t.
