I just wanted to drop a quick note in regard to the function your company catered yesterday evening. I wish to congratulate you on the level of service provided. The food was perfect, of very high quality and exceptionally well received. The star of the evening however were your staff, they were courteous without being unctuous, friendly without being familiar and exceptionally receptive to the needs of our guests. I wish you to extend to them my personal thanks for helping to make the event the success it was and for being so easy going and accommodating. I wish we had more functions for which I could employ your services, but please be assured I will be touting your name to anyone who asks for a recommendation for catering in the future.
