Hi Lauren.

I just wanted to say how happy we were with the service provided by Kelly yesterday.  She was amazing and we really enjoyed having her help us with my special day.  The food was just what we needed.

Although we expressed our thanks yesterday, could you please let her that we think she did a fabulous job.

There was just one small glitch on the day.  The vegan selection for one guest was missing from the catering back.   We did manage, but I thought you might like to know.

Anyway, you’ll definitely be in mind if we need any other catering assistance.
