Dear Oron,
Thankyou and your staff for coping so well under difficult circumstances. The problem was that Frank from the Childrens Farm had not explained that we needed to find the 3 phase connection box (which turned out to be inside the stable) to connect the cabling to.
Or perhaps he expected Shelley, his event staff person for the day, to have this in place. However even when this was done it did
not satisfy the requirements of the urns.
Your staff remained courteous and helpful throughout the day despite the difficulties which was greatly appreciated. The people attending the event had a lovely time and it all worked out extremely well. Thankyou for your part in this.

Hi Oron,I just wanted to thank you for the highly professional way all of the catering tasks were undertaken at Mark’s party at the Convent last Saturday night. The food was perfect for the occasion and your staff were easy to get along with and on top of things at every stage. We had many problems with Marie-Claire and co at the Convent and I thought you might like this information for future reference. Of particular interest to you may be that at the last minute she tried to refuse the use of the oven. I managed to convince her that she had approved hot food being served and that it was too late to change at 5.30 pm. Throughout this exchange Jason kept calm and professional. This was after informing us at 7.00pm the night before the party that ‘Management’ were insisting on a security guard which we were expected to pay for. What a saga! Anyway in spite of all the problems we had a wonderful night once we got rid of Marie Claire. Thank you for your part in this.Kind regards,
